Gentle stretching and breathing exercises to energize your body and set a positive tone for the week.

🎨 10:15 AM – Activity Block: Your Choice!
Option 1 – Craft Time: “Positive Postcards”
Create cheerful, uplifting postcards with vibrant collage art and quotes. We’ll hang some in the lounge and mail a few to friends and family!
Option 2 – Physical Game: “Scoops & Cones Relay”
Balance a foam “scoop” on a cone while navigating a fun obstacle path. The team with the most scoops delivered wins!
Seated and adaptive options available.
