Schedule of Activities – 9:00 AM to 12:45 PM
Location: Senior Day KC, Lenexa
A non-medical morning program for independent adults
Comfortable, exercise-friendly clothing is recommended for movement activities.

☕ 9:00–9:30 AM — Coffee Chat: Recess Rewind
Swap stories about favorite teachers, cafeteria food, and back-to-school memories. Classic snacks and juice boxes provided!

💪 9:30–10:15 AM — Forever Strong Fitness
Gentle chair yoga, stretching, and resistance band strength training—start the “school day” with a no-pressure PE class.

🎨 10:15–11:15 AM — Choose your activity:
Creative Corner: Chalkboard-Inspired Art using black paper, chalk markers, and stencils.
Active Alternative: Floor Shuffleboard – classic fun on our indoor shuffleboard court.

🎮 11:15–11:45 AM — Group Game: Back-to-School Jeopardy
Test your smarts with trivia covering school subjects, pop culture, and extra credit challenges.

🎶 11:45 AM–12:45 PM — Soda Fountain Social Hour
Cool down with a hand-crafted soda fountain treat, nostalgic music, and yearbook-style conversation. Bonus Bingo round available!

Senior Day KC offers non-medical, recreational programs for independent adults. We are not a licensed adult day care center and do not provide supervision, personal care, or medical services.
