🧘 9:30 AM – Monday Movement: Wake-Up Stretch & Smile Series
Gentle stretching and breathing exercises to energize your body and set a positive tone for the week.

🎨 10:15 AM – Activity Block: Your Choice!
Option 1 – Craft Time: “Positive Postcards”
Create cheerful, uplifting postcards with vibrant collage art and quotes. We’ll hang some in the lounge and mail a few to friends and family!
Option 2 – Physical Game: “Scoops & Cones Relay”
Balance a foam “scoop” on a cone while navigating a fun obstacle path. The team with the most scoops delivered wins!
Seated and adaptive options available.

🧠 11:00 AM – Monday Match Game ’25
A fun-filled throwback to the classic game show! Fill in the blanks (“Monday mornings are like ___”) and see how many matches you can get with our panel. Hosted with flair, laughs guaranteed.

💪 9:30–10:15 AM — “Warm-Up the Tailgate” Fitness
Get game-day ready with this fun, chair-based workout set to stadium anthems—stretch, sway, and smile your way into the weekend celebration.

  • 🎨 10:15–10:45 AM — Choose Your Activity:
    Craft Corner: Red Friday Rally Fans
    Decorate your own cardstock fan in Chiefs colors—perfect for waving during games or showing team spirit on warm days.
  • Active Alternative: Gridiron Shuffle
    Slide your puck down a football field–inspired shuffleboard to score touchdowns, field goals, or dodge defensive penalties. Friendly competition, game-day flair, and end zone celebrations included!

🎯 10:45–11:45 AM — Group Game: Chiefs Bingo Blitz
Score big during Chiefs Bingo Blitz with football-themed fun, fan-favorite calls, and spirited prizes.

🍦 11:45 AM–12:45 PM — Soda Fountain Social: Chocolate Milkshake Celebration
