☕ 9:00–9:30 AM — Coffee Chat: Stories of Support
Start the morning with meaningful conversation about the caregivers who’ve made a difference in our lives—family, friends, or professionals.
💪 9:30–10:15 AM — Forever Strong Fitness: Lifting Up Caregivers
This caregiver-themed fitness session blends gentle chair-based movement with upbeat music celebrating kindness and strength. We’ll bring out the balloons for a lively, low-impact balloon volley game—each one printed with words like Hope, Support, Joy, and Compassion. Every tap keeps the balloon afloat and the appreciation flowing.
🎨 10:15–10:45 AM — Choose your activity:
- Creative Corner: Gratitude Sunflowers
Craft a paper sunflower bouquet with personal thank-you notes to caregivers in your life. - Active Alternative: Care & Slide Shuffleboard
Try your hand at this low-impact indoor shuffleboard game with a heart. Slide discs toward zones labeled with caregiving qualities like Compassion, Kindness, and Support.
🧩 10:45–11:45 AM — Group Game: Caregiver Appreciation Bingo
Celebrate the many ways caregivers support, uplift, and love with a special themed round of Bingo. Win small prizes, enjoy lighthearted caregiver facts, and share stories sparked by the squares. Whether you’re a caregiver or someone who’s been cared for, this hour is all about gratitude and connection.

Celebrate National Butterscotch Pudding Day with cool, delicious butterscotch flavored treats.
