💪 9:30–10:15 AM — Chair Yoga: Coconut Grove Stretch
A gentle island-inspired warm-up session with seated stretches, deep breathing, and a steel drum playlist to set the tone.

🎨 10:15–11:15 AM — Choose your activity:
• Craft Station: Coconut Shell Mini-Planters
Decorate and plant your own herb using pre-drilled coconut shells—take home a tiny piece of the tropics!
• Active Alternative: Beach Blanket Shuffleboard
Play a breezy round of indoor shuffleboard.

🧠 11:15–11:45 AM — Brain Boost: Island Trivia Challenge
Think fast and laugh often as we quiz each other on blueberries, coconuts, tropical culture, and fun food facts. Prizes included!

🍦 11:45 AM–12:45 PM — Island Pops Social & Photo Lounge
Gather in the soda fountain lounge to enjoy homemade blueberry popsicles and island tunes. Don a straw hat, strike a pose, and celebrate a sweet slice of summer.
