A non-medical morning program for independent adults
Comfortable, exercise-friendly clothing is recommended for movement activities.
☕ 9:00–9:30 AM — Coffee Chat: Gal Pals & Good Times
In honor of National Girlfriends Day, we’ll share stories about longtime friends, laughter-filled moments, and the people who’ve stuck with us through the years.
9:30–10:15 AM — Summer Stretch & Flex
Gentle movement and chair yoga to wake up the body and beat the summer slump.
10:15–11:15 AM — Choose your activity:
- Creative Corner: Summer Collage
Create bright, playful collages inspired by summer colors, berry tones, and beachy days. - Active Alternative: Shuffleboard Social
Friendly matches on the shuffleboard court—no experience necessary, just bring your game face!
11:15–11:45 AM — Group Game: Raspberry Bingo
Play a few cheerful rounds of Bingo with a summertime twist. Winners receive sweet raspberry-themed prizes in honor of National Raspberry Pie Day!
11:45 AM–12:45 PM — Soda Fountain Social Hour
Cool off with a raspberry spritz or soda and enjoy mini raspberry pie bites while socializing to retro tunes and relaxed conversation.
