From 1 PM to 4 PM, participants enjoy gentle movement with The Afternoon Stretch, followed by a lively Sing-Along, a friendly game of Rummikub, and a virtual escape during Armchair Travel. It’s the perfect blend of connection, creativity, and relaxation—all in a welcoming, non-clinical setting designed for independent older adults.
